Part 1 of 6
“Our body is our temple.” A bible
verse we should all try to live by. It can be difficult with our
crazy hectic lives. It is however, important to take time for
ourselves and take care of ourselves. The next 3 issues in this
section will be devoted to weight training. These will be simple
exercises for anyone to implement into there lives. Along with these
weight bearing exercises, it is equally important to include aerobic
activity into your schedule along with a healthy diet. Exercise with
weights 4 days a week including 20 minutes of aerobic activity, and
start feeling healthier and begin living healthier lives. A
healthier you leads to a healthier life. Our bodies are our temples
so treatthem as such, you will be glad you did.

physician before implementing any exercise routine.
